Travelogix Forms Strategic Alliance With The Advantage Travel Partnership To Serve Its Managed Service Proposition

Travelogix has strengthened its alliance with The Advantage Travel Partnership by becoming their preferred data management and reporting partner for its Managed Service proposition.

Advantage Managed Services (AMS), which recently celebrated its 15-year anniversary, is a model originally set up to alleviate the time and resources needed to run the operational side of a travel business and allow more time for members to focus on sales and customer service.  The membership has grown significantly since 2009 and today encompasses 76 branches, that collectively generate an annual turnover of £150m.

Travelogix’s central agreement with Advantage means that members operating under its managed service model will now be able to procure Analytix, Travelogix’s market-leading reporting platform, along with Geo, a TMC-focused duty of care solution, with the latter being launched by Travelogix at their Client Assembly in 2021

Analytix is a sophisticated, cloud-based data management and reporting solution that streamlines the consolidation of data from back-office and booking systems, empowering users to tell compelling stories with their travel data.

GEO offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface designed to enhance duty of care. It provides up-to-date risk information, country-level health updates, and real-time security alerts to ensure the safety and well-being of travellers.

Chris Lewis, Founder and CEO, said: “As always, we are honoured to collaborate with the fantastic team at The Advantage Travel Partnership. They serve their members, big and small, with such attention to detail, and we are proud to be their preferred data management and reporting partner for their Managed Service proposition. Travelogix and the team at The Advantage Travel Partnership place huge value on collaboration and innovation and partnering with them on this opportunity is a genuine privilege.

I would like to thank Stephen Baxendale and Andy Boorman in particular, for their commitment and drive when sourcing the latest innovation for their TMC members at The Advantage Travel Partnership.”

Stephen Baxendale, Advantage’s Technology Partnerships Manager said: “This collaboration will empower our members operating under our Advantage Managed Service model to significantly enhance their reporting capabilities. With these state-of-the-art analytics, data management, and duty of care products, members can deliver unparalleled support to their corporate clients, setting a new standard for excellence in the industry.”

Andrea Caulfield-Smith, Advantage’s Managing Director Global Business Travel added: “This partnership demonstrates the evolvement of our long-standing relationship with data experts Travelogix to deliver cutting-edge technology reporting that will help our members to drive success. Having access to this level of reporting will enable independent travel companies that are smaller in size to acquire and obtain the very best services and technology by providing accurate and real-time data for their clients.”
