The Advantage Travel Partnership Announces New Member There.Travel

The Advantage Travel Partnership has announced There.Travel is the newest member of the consortia and it has joined under its Advantage Managed Services (AMS) model. Newly founded in 2024 by Col Ord and Jake Todhunter and started trading this month, There.Travel aims to offer incredible travel experiences for its client base including cruise holidays, off-the-beaten-track experiences and luxury getaways. There.Travel prides itself on its LGBTQ+ background, and will aim to be a totally paperless agency to help look after the planet as their customers explore it. Jake and Col will provide expertly planned trips by those who have been to the destinations and unconditional support during each customer's journey to provide the holiday of a lifetime.

Both Col and Jake have already won or been nominated for significant travel industry awards, where Col recently picked up the award for Top Cruise Sales across 15,000 agents in his previous consortium, and was recently nominated for a Cruise Stars Award.

Col and Jake started out in the industry following successful careers in the railway industry, with a background in customer experience and social media. The pair who are based in Leeds, are keen to bring their skills together to provide journeys that take their customers here, everywhere and There…

Col and Jake’s experience within the industry has enabled There.Travel to partner with leading cruise lines such as Virgin Voyages, Celebrity, and Royal Caribbean as well as major tour operators Kuoni, TUI and Jet2 Holidays.

Col Ord and Jake Todhunter, Founders of There.Travel, said: “We want to fulfil our mission of being here for you, so we can get you there, how you want to go, where you want to stay, and experiencing anything you want. We will start trading in December and can’t wait to share our new experience with our customers, old and new. From the moment we spoke to the Advantage team we knew it was the best fit for us, with their members first approach and ease of getting set up with AMS. We love that we’ll have more time to work with our customers and run the business day to day, whilst Advantage will take care of some of the less glamorous work.”

Kelly Cookes, Chief Commercial Officer of The Advantage Travel Partnership, said: “We’re thrilled to see two friends come together to form There.Travel and to choose Advantage as their consortia of choice. With the growth and success of our AMS model, we look forward to supporting Col and Jake in offering a wide range of holidays with a personal touch from the first stages of enquiry, right through to the customer's departure and beyond. We’re excited to see how they will take their customers ‘here, there, and everywhere’.”
