30 April 2022: Advantage Travel Partnership has announced that it has partnered with Vertical Systems and will be rolling out Vertical’s new ‘V’ suite of products to new and existing Advantage Managed Service (AMS) Leisure members over the course the next 12 months.

The partnership was announced at the Advantage Travel Partnership Group conference in Madeira over the weekend.

Paul Nunn, Operations Director of Advantage Travel Partnership, said: “We’re delighted to have partnered with Vertical who have a long and robust history in servicing various Managed Service divisions of our industry.”

The new platform adds numerous additional features to the Group’s AMS offering.  These include efficiency saving modules, such as vTARSC’s detailed booking retrieval functionality, saving members valuable time by enabling booking downloads from its key tour operator partners, and vCRM’s intuitive HTML quotation and customer engagement functionality.

Nunn added that there will be no technology costs passed on to members of AMS from the new partnership.

He continued: “We pride ourselves on the fact that there are no hidden costs associated with AMS membership and that includes no additional tech costs. That will remain to be the case as we introduce the new platform”.
