What you would be doing…
This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic company at a very exciting time. You, as AMS Accounts Payable and Administration Assistant, would report to our highly skilled AMS Financial Operations Manager and work alongside fourteen other friendly AMS Administrator professionals. The whole team works closely together and is also tightly connected with the whole business, our member partners and business partners. This will give you the great opportunity to both bounce ideas off and learn from each other.
The overall purpose of your job is for the back-office administration, bank reconciliation & processing of Supplier payments for our rapidly expanding and market leading managed services division, Advantage Managed Services (AMS).
To do this, you would…
- Process Supplier Payments
- BACS, CHAPS and SEPA bank transfers
- Conduct general back-office administration duties
- Liaise with Travel Suppliers
- Adhoc Finance duties
To be successful in this role, you would have experience of…
- Building relationships with business partners/suppliers by phone & email
- Experience of Vertical Systems Tarsc back office (ideal)
- Working with Sage or similar accounting product (ideal, but not essential)
- Work within a Finance Department and be specialised in Accounts Payable
- Processing bank reconciliations (not essential)
- Processing large quantities of bank transfers
- Using MS Excel (intermediate level, knowledge of formulas)
