At Advantage, we nurture and foster an inclusive organisational culture. We have created a fair, accepting and safe environment. We actively build on our skills in working in different cultures and countries. And we make everyone who encounters us, both offline and online, feel valued and respected.
We are committed to promoting equal opportunities and inclusion in the workplace not only as an employer and as a provider of services, but also to our business partners and as a representative of the travel industry.
We are saddened that this year’s London Pride March was not able to go ahead as planned this weekend 27-28 June. For the first time ever, we had organised a place in the London parade this year and were due to march as a group, comprised of ally’s and LGBTQ+ people from within the Advantage central team and the wider Advantage membership, and we were looking forward to being part of it!
To mark Pride Month and in celebration of what would have London Pride this weekend, we have changed our logo to showcase our support for the LGBTQ+ and wider community. We know there would have other pride events across the country as well as the London one, that we were planning on taking a more active role in and we are sad that they have also not been able to take place this year.
At Advantage, we commit to keep learning, keep challenging and taking steps to ensure we are helping to lead the way within our sector. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion are very important to Advantage, and we want to be champions at it.
